Safety at work and health of employees is a priority in human resource management. Being aware that we are doing hard work, we have defined the risks of each job post , by the acts of risk assessment to prevent injuries that occurred earlier and to prevent new ones. Our goal is to be the best in this field.
In order to achieve safety and health at work we determine and implement the prevention activities. They refer to the application of contemporary technical, ergonomic, health, educational, social, organizational and other measures and means to eliminate the risk of injury of the employees. In all our subsidiary companies we conduct preventive and periodic examinations and testing of work equipment and the conditions at work. Constant attention is paid to the equipment for personal protection at work.
In all organizational units, we regularly organize both periodic general medical check-ups and specialist medical check-ups. We monitor the health of the employees and encourage their rehabilitation and recreation.
