Strategic planning
The management of PE EPS in their strategic planning documents established the basic guidelines of the company's business policy that complies with the guidelines of energy policy of the Republic of Serbia, Energy Development Strategy of the Republic of Serbia and Implementation Strategy Program.
The management of PE EPS makes decisions based on the data on available domestic energy resources and overview in connection with the generation of electricity and heat energy and energy from renewable sources, distribution, supply and public electricity supply.
Strategic planning documents of the company,
activities and basic directions of development of PE EPS are based on energy demands that are in accordance with economic and social development objectives of the Republic of Serbia, national strategies (sustainable development, the introduction of cleaner production, waste management), National Environmental Protection Programme and documents that set forth harmonization of regulations and provisions in the energy sector with EU legislation and regulations.
