The rehabilitated HPP Đerdap 1 has already fulfilled the annual production plan of 5,515,000 MWh. The daily record of 27,134 MWh was also exceeded. Operational readiness and optimal inflow of the Danube are also at a high level.
Even though HPP Đerdap 2 operates with nine units (A7 under overhaul) that need to be rehabilitated, it operates as in its best years. Everything indicates that this year will be the best production year in the history of the power plant.
The results to be proud of are also coming from Vlasina. Vlasinske HPP fulfilled the production plan of 331,000 MWh for this year on 17 October. They end November with 352,000 MWh generated, and depending on engagement, they can reach up to 400,000 MWh for this year.
The power plant for covering the peak loads of HPP Pirot also operates according to the plan. There are significant amounts of energy in Lake Zavoj.
As Radomir Mitrović, Director of Energy Production at the HPP Đerdap Branch said that HPP Đerdap Branch supplied the EPS system with up to 34,000 MWh of green energy per day, and such data showed that it would have another excellent production year.
