Occupational Health and Safety is a priority in human
resources management. Being aware that we perform difficult jobs, we have
estimated risks for each job position in order to prevent the occurrence of
occupational injuries. Our goal is to be the best at this.
In order to achieve occupational health and safety we define and implement the
preventive activities. They refer to the application of contemporary technical,
ergonomic, health, educational, social, and organizational and other measures
and means to eliminate the risk of occupational injury. We conduct preventive
and periodic examinations and testing of work equipment and the working
environment conditions in all our companies. Constant attention is also paid to
the personal protective equipment. We regularly organize both periodic general
medical check-ups and specialist medical check-ups in all organizational units.
We monitor the health of employees and encourage their rehabilitation and
recreation.
