At the session of the Assembly of the Joint Stock Company Elektroprivreda Srbije, Miodrag Bogdanović, who has managed the ICT Department in the Joint Stock Company Elektroprivreda Srbije during the past seven years, was appointed as new member to the Supervisory Board of EPS JSC.
He started his career in 1983, at the Military Technical Institute Belgrade, and for 25 years he was a leader of IT teams, worked on developing IT infrastructure and digitizing business processes in large retail chains and insurance. In addition to IT, he also led teams on optimization of business processes, establishment of new standards and business procedures.
The Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company Elektroprivreda Srbije has appointed Katarina Andrejević as the Executive Director for Information Technology and Digitalisation, pending the completion of the selection process for a successor.
Katarina Andrejević earned her master’s degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade. She began her professional career as a designer working on the development of mobile telephony systems, later joining Elektroprivreda Srbije in 2012 as one of the successful candidates in the ‘110 Best’ competition. She has led various teams in managing the Infrastructure Division, specifically the ICT Infrastructure Sector. Her efforts have been instrumental in maintaining the stable operation of the Data Centre and network infrastructure essential for various software solutions supporting electricity and coal trade and production, as well as ERP, Billing, and DMS systems.
Previously, the Supervisory Board and the former Executive Director for IT and Digitalisation, Zoran Teofilović, mutually agreed to end their collaboration. Teofilović will remain available to the company in the coming period to ensure a smooth transition.
