The meaning of the dynamic contract model, the workings of the combined model, and the definition of the fixed electricity supply contract were the main topics discussed by representatives of Elektroprivreda Srbije with business leaders on the second day of the 20th International Energy Fair.
- "For several months now, we have been actively engaging with businesspeople across cities in Serbia, and we remain available to address all enquiries regarding the new contract models. The response from the business community has been very positive, confirming mutual trust and a solid basis for continued collaboration. We provide customers with detailed explanations of what each contract model—dynamic, combined, or fixed—offers, compare the relevant data, and work together to determine the most advantageous contract in terms of consumption and overall electricity costs. I encourage customers to get in touch so that we may identify the most suitable options going forward," said Sanja Marković, Director of the Commercial Supply Department at EPS.
During the presentation at the Energy Fair, comparative examples showing costs according to the contract model were shared with business customers, helping them to select the most advantageous option. Businesspeople also received answers to questions regarding the opening of guaranteed supply for entrepreneurs, small and micro enterprises, and how they can optimize approved power in line with the needs of their business. A new consumption calculator has also been introduced for guaranteed and commercial supply customers, enabling users to calculate their costs and compare them based on the supply option they choose.
