Joint Stock Company “Elektroprivreda Srbije“ continues to improve its
business system and informs customers in the household category from the
Belgrade area that the reference number will change every month starting with
the bill for June 2025. Within the new reference number for households, the last
four digits will represent the year and month of the billing period (for
example XX-XXXXXXXXXXX-2506 on the bill for June).
For customers from other regional areas, the change in reference number
applies from the bill for January this year.
As part of the process of digitalizing services, EPS has offered the
service of delivering bills electronically, and so far, the advantages of using
an EPS electronic bill have been recognized by around 273,000 users. Customers
who opt to replace their paper bill with an electronic one are provided with a
discount of RSD 50 each month. The e-bill for electricity arrives by email
immediately after the account is created, there is no waiting, printing paper
is saved, and the environment is protected. In addition, citizens can monitor
their bill and consumption on the portal and application “EPS View your bill“.
