Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) has been
awarded the prestigious Top Employer 2026 recognition, based on the results of
the TalentX survey — the largest study of employer brand perception on the
domestic market. According to job seekers’ ratings, EPS ranked among the top 10
most desirable employers in Serbia, out of 100 companies participating in the
survey.
This recognition represents significant
confirmation that EPS’s efforts to modernise its operations, develop its human
resources, and improve its working environment have been acknowledged not only
by the wider public but also by prospective future employees.

among the most desirable employers in Serbia confirm that EPS is successfully
enhancing an organisational culture built on professional development,
responsibility, and care for employees. This recognition is particularly
meaningful to us because it is based on feedback from job candidates, whose
perception is the most reliable indicator of our reputation in the labour

Hristina Radovanović, Executive Director for Human Resources at EPS.
The TalentX survey is conducted by the
employment website Infostud, with the aim of identifying which employers
candidates perceive as the most attractive and how they envision an ideal
workplace. More than 11,000 respondents took part in this year’s survey.
