The Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock
Company “Elektroprivreda Srbije” appointed Mr. Dušan Živković as the Company’s
General Director.
As an electrical engineer, Mr. Živković has
more than 30 years of experience in investments, financing, engineering, design
of energy systems, as well as control systems and their implementation in “Elektroprivreda
Srbije”. He has been appointed as the General Director within the legal
timeframe, as he was appointed to the position of Acting Director on June 15,
2023.
Appointment of the General Director marks the start
of formation of executive management that will operationally manage the Company
in close cooperation with the Supervisory Board and, inter alia,
implement the recently adopted Transformation Plan of the Company.
