The bill was prepared in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia - the Energy Law, the Law on Efficient Use of Energy, the Law on Value Added Tax, the Law on Default Interest, the Law on Consumer Protection, the Law on Excise Duties, the Regulation on the Conditions of Delivery and Supply of Electricity, the Regulation on the Incentive Fee for Eligible Electricity Producers, the Regulation on Energy Vulnerable Customers, the Methodology for Determining the Price of Electricity for Guaranteed Supply, the Methodology for Determining the Price of Access to the Electricity Distribution System and in accordance with the Decision on the Regulated Price of Electricity for the Supply of Households and Small Customers.
