REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR CONTRACT CONCLUSION
 
А) NEW CUSTOMERS
    
   Owners of newly built or acquired properties who wish to conclude a full electricity supply contract for household consumption under the guaranteed supply scheme must provide the following documents:
1.     
   	Application for Full Electricity Supply Contract – Guaranteed Supply
2.     Personal Identification Documents
3.     Proof of Legal Basis for Registration of Ownership Rights over the Property/Proof of Right to Use the Property
4.     Connection Approval – issued by Elektrodistribucija Srbije;
 
B) CHANGE OF CUSTOMER
To update the existing electricity supply contract following a change of property ownership, the new owner must submit the following documents:
1.    
   	Application for Full Electricity Supply Contract – Guaranteed Supply
2.    Personal Identification Documents
3.    Proof of Ownership Transfer (e.g. Sale and Purchase Agreement, Inheritance Decision, Gift Agreement)
4.   Cadastre Decision or Property Title Deed

Once the submitted application has been processed, the guaranteed supplier will conclude a full electricity supply contract with the customer.  The contract includes the  General Terms and Conditions of Electricity Supply for end customers entitled to guaranteed supply.
Immediately upon conclusion of the contract, the guaranteed supplier will notify the distribution system operator, Elektrodistribucija Srbije“.
