REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR CONTRACT CONCLUSION

 

А) NEW CUSTOMERS

To conclude a full electricity supply contract for households under the guaranteed supply, owners of new properties must provide the following documents:

1.     Request for conclusion of a contract for full electricity supply - guaranteed supply

2.     Personal Identification Documents

3.     Proof of Legal Basis for Registration of Ownership Rights over the Property/Proof of Right to Use the Property

4.     Connection Approval – issued by Elektrodistribucija Srbije;

 

B) CHANGE OF CUSTOMER

In order to change the existing contract, it is necessary for the new property owner to submit the following documents:

1.    Request for concluding a contract on full electricity supply - guaranteed supply

2.    Personal Identification Documents

3.    Proof of the acquired legal basis for registration of Ownership rights over facility/ proof of acquisition of the right to use facility (purchase agreement/inheritance decision/gift agreement/lease agreement...)

4.   Cadastral Certificate or Property Title Deed

The request for contract conclusion with supporting documentation can be submitted:

- Electronically, via the following email addresses:


- In person at any EPS counters

- in writing, to the addresses 

 

After processing the submitted request, the guaranteed supplier shall conclude a contract with the customer. An integral part of the contract are   the General Terms and Conditions of Electricity Supply for end users entitled to guaranteed supply.

Immediately upon contract conclusion on full energy supply - guaranteed supply, the guaranteed supplier shall notify the distribution system operator of the "Elektrodistribucija Srbije" thereof.​
