November bills delivered to all customers


Elektroprivreda Srbije submitted the remaining 150,000 bills to Pošta Srbije and thus completed the submission of all bills for electricity consumption in November.


Customers who have not received their bills at their home address, may obtain a reduction for regular payment by paying the amount equivalent to the amount of the bill for October within the due date which is extended until 30 December 2023. Households that pay the amount equivalent to the amount from the bill for October will obtain a 5 % discount on the entire amount of the bill for November. It is not possible to make payments at EPS desks nor via View Your Bill portal yet.  


With great thanks to the customers for their understanding, we emphasize that EPS has delivered all invoices for November and is timely paying all dues. We appeal to the media not to make the spread of unverified information and thereby disturb the public. Investigation related to the digital threat is conducted by the competent state authorities.


Taking into account the interest of our consumers, electricity customers, but also taking into account the specificity of the situation, we will keep the public informed on the subject in a timely manner.
