As many as 87 percent of citizens pay their
electricity bills through the View Your Bill Portal, commercial banks and Pošta Srbije, and only 13 percent at the counters
of Elektroprivreda Srbije. Due to the efficiency improvement,
digitalization of services and cost optimization, as of 1 November, the cash
desk work in EPS branches will be successively terminated.
At the same time, in the next year, from 1 November
to 30 October 2025, users who pay their bills through the View Your Bill Portal and Application will be granted a discount of 30
dinars for the next bill and thus will not have the commission fee calculated.
For the citizens who want to settle their bills at the counters of the Postal Savings
Bank in the next six months, a lower commission fee in the amount of 30 dinars
is provided. Elektroprivreda Srbije has previously provided an additional
discount of 50 dinars, as well, for each subsequent bill to all those who
switch to an electronic bill.
The number of users of the View Your Bill electronic service is growing day by day and
has exceeded 600,000, which has further accelerated the trend of decreasing the
number of transactions at the counters. Citizens can download and pay the bill on
the portal and application, they have an overview of their consumption and
payments in the last three years, as well as a number of other useful
information.
As before, citizens will be able to obtain all the
information about contracts and bills in EPS branches, as well as to file
complaints.
