All electricity bills for October have been
uploaded to the new portal under "Insight into Bill” (https://portal.eps.rs/ ) located on the "Elektroprivreda
Srbije" website. In two weeks, 122,384 users registered on the portal.
Households and small electricity customers with a
guaranteed supply can safely and quickly download their bill and pay it
electronically without going to the local offices of payment institutions,
through the instant payment system (IPS Scan) and Dina, Visa and MasterCard
payment cards.
An archive of invoices and payments during the
previous three years is also available, as well as a detailed overview of
consumption by zones and tariffs. To households that reduce their electricity
consumption during this heating season, EPS grants a discount of 20 to 40
percent on the monthly bill, which is more than last winter. Households that
reduce consumption by five to 15 percent compared to the same month in the
previous two years in which higher consumption was achieved have a discount of
20 percent. For savings of 15 to 20 percent, the reduction is 25 percent, and
for savings of 20 to 25 percent, a 30 percent discount is calculated. For
households that reduce electricity consumption by 25 to 30 percent, the
discount is 35 percent, while the largest discount of 40 percent is achieved by
those who reduce consumption by more than 30 percent.
In addition to the discount for paying bills on
time, households are also calculated a discount of five percent if they
increase their participation in the lower tariff in the monthly calculation by
at least five percent compared to the same month in 2022.
"Elektroprivreda Srbije" continues to modernise
and improve operations in the segment of relations with users, and the plan is
that at the beginning of 2024, in the next phase of digitalisation, the mobile
application "Insight into Bill" will be available.
