The procedure for concluding a full supply contract - commercial supply contains several steps and must be carried out before the start of the supply period:
After checking your personal data, you should fill out and sign the Request for Bid. You can send the aforementioned request and
relevant documentation by mail or to
komercijalno.snabdevanje@eps.rs no later than 15 days before the start of the supply period

If the request is complete and justified, we will provide you with an offer/contract for full electricity supply. | Upon mutual signing, the Contract is recorded in the database and the Distribution System Operator „Elektrodistribucija Srbije“ d.o.o. is notified thereof. |
Activities of changing supplier about which EPS JSC informs the System Operator. The distribution system operator is " Elektrodistribucija Srbije " d.o.o, and the transmission system operator is AD Elektromreža Srbije Belgrade. The change of supplier is not carried out if there is a new metering point (new connection).
