Guaranteed supply is a public service that ensures
households and small customers in the Republic of Serbia have the right to be
supplied with electricity at regulated prices. As the designated guaranteed
supplier, EPS JSC provides this service under clear, transparent, comparable,
and non-discriminatory conditions. We deliver safe and reliable electricity to
citizens and businesses at over 3.6 million metering points across the country.
Since the full liberalisation of the electricity
market on 1 January 2015, small customers and households have had the right — but
not the obligation — to choose their electricity supplier.
EPS JSC supplies electricity to end customers under the guaranteed supply scheme at regulated prices. These prices are determined in accordance with the Methodology for Setting Electricity Prices for Guaranteed Supply, and their application is subject to approval by the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia.
