Guaranteed supply is a public service that entitles households and small customers to electricity supply at regulated prices in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. EPS JSC, as a guaranteed supplier, provides a public service of guaranteed supply under clear, comparable, transparent and non-discriminatory conditions, and safely and reliably supplies electricity to citizens and businesses at more than 3.6 million delivery points.
Since the full liberalisation of the electricity market on 1 January 2015, small customers and households have had the right — but not the obligation — to choose their electricity supplier.
EPS JSC supplies electricity to end users under the guaranteed supply at regulated prices. These prices are determined based on the Methodology for Determining the Price of Electricity for Guaranteed Supply, and their application is subject to approval by the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia.
